Rule 18.045 - PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FILING FEES FOR TRIAL DEMAND(1) If a defendant makes a demand for a trial under ORS 105.137 at the time of the first appearance, the filing fees required to be paid under ORS 105.130 (3) and (6) shall be paid no later than 5:00 PM of the same judicial day unless otherwise ordered by the court.(2) Failure of the plaintiff to pay the fee required may result in dismissal of the action.(3) Failure of the defendant to pay the fee required may result in a judgment by default against the defendant.Multnomah Supp. L.
