Rule 12.305 - SMALL CLAIMS AND FED MEDIATION

(1) All contested small claims and FED cases shall be referred to mediation pursuant to ORS 36.185, except as otherwise ordered by the Court. Cases involving an incarcerated party shall not be referred to mediation unless all parties agree to participate in mediation.

(2) Such mediation services shall be provided by the Court, without cost to the litigants, with volunteer mediators.
