Rule 12.055 - ASSIGNMENT TO MEDIATOR(1) The parties may select a mediator of their own choosing; however, if the mediator is not on the list of mediators approved by the court, the expense of the mediator shall be the responsibility of the parties.(2) In the absence of a mediator selected by the parties, the court will appoint a mediator from the list of court-approved mediators.Marion Supp. L.
