Rule 12.025 - DOMESTIC RELATIONS MEDIATION(1) A mediation program as required by ORS 107.055(1) (c ) is established.(2) The Court shall provide a mediation orientation session for all parties in which custody and parenting time of minor children is in disputes as set for the in ORS 107.055(1)(b)(3) The court may order the parties to participate in mediation if appropriate under ORS 107.755(1)(d)(A) and ORD 107.765(1). If the court orders the parties to participate in mediation, the court may also order specific mediation procedures designed to comply with ORS 107.0554(1)(d)(C).Marion Supp. L. R. 12.025
