Rule 12.005 - MEDIATION PROGRAMS(1) Marion County SLR 12.025 through 12.095 shall apply to mediation of custody and parenting time issues in domestic relations cases under ORS 107.765.(2) Marion County SLR 12.101 through 12.105 shall apply to mediation of financial issues in domestic relations cases under ORS 107.755(4).(3) Marion County SLR 12.115 through 12.165 shall apply to mediation of civil cases as an alternative to court-annexed arbitration.(4) Marion County SLR 12.305 shall apply to mediation of small claims and FED cases.Marion Supp. L.
