Rule 7.022 - MOTION TO POSTPONE CIVIL TRIAL(1) No motion for postponement filed less than seven days prior to the first day of trial shall be considered unless the court is satisfied that the cause for postponement came to the knowledge of the party and counsel too late to be timely presented.(2) The first sentence of the motion must state the current trial date.Malheur Supp. L.
