Rule 24.111 - POST-CONVICTION RELIEF - CHURCH V. GLADDEN(1) So long as petitioner is represented by counsel, all matters submitted to the court for filing shall be submitted only by counsel and, except for any exhibits, signed exclusively by counsel. The only exception to this requirement is for a Church v. Gladden, 244 OR. 308 (1966), notice filed by the petitioner if the petitioner believes that counsel has failed to raise all meritorious claims on his or her behalf.(2) No later than 60 days after receipt of the amended petition or notice of intent to proceed on the original petition, the petitioner shall file with the court any Church notice, together with supporting evidence as required by ORS 138.580. Each of the petitioner's Church claims shall include appropriate reference by citation to the evidence in support of that claim.Malheur Supp. L. R. 24.111
