Rule 13.025 - REQUEST FOR AND OBJECTIONS TO ARBITRATION(1) Any party may file and serve a request that the court transfer a case to arbitration.(2) A court decision on an exemption filed pursuant to UTCR 13.070 will be rendered within 5 days following the filing of a motion for exemption from arbitration. If the court does not act on the motion for an exemption within five days, it shall be deemed denied. If the motion is allowed, the case will be returned to the active trial docket for future disposition. If the motion is denied, the case will remain in arbitration in accordance with these rules and the UTCR.Malheur Supp. L. R. 13.025
