Rule 8.011 - DOMESTIC RELATIONS CASE SCHEDULING

(1) Hearings on Motions to Hold a Party in Contempt

The adverse party must be cited to appear at 1:30 p.m. on any Thursday of the month or at such other time specified at https://www.courts.oregon.gov/courts/linn/Pages/default.aspx. When the responding party appears, the court will set a contempt hearing or early resolution conference at the court's discretion for a later date.

(2) Settlement Conferences

A judge conducting the pretrial conference may conduct settlement negotiations in dissolution cases.

(a) Except as provided otherwise herein all scheduling shall be done in accordance with the Case Flow Management / Docket Plan. A copy of this plan shall be on the court's website.
