Rule 9.085 - Self-Represented Parties Appearance in Probate Court; Approval(1) If a personal representative or conservator intends to appear without an attorney in any probate matter, that person must provide the court notice of such intent and proof of competency in such matters. If such proof provided is not sufficient to assure the court that the estate or interest will be protected, the court shall take appropriate action.(2) A person other than a personal representative, conservator or corporation may appear in person without counsel in any probate matter as authorized or allowed by law.Lincoln Supp. L.
