Rule 6.083 - Pretrial Disclosure and Stipulation to Exhibits

All exhibits marked pursuant to UTCR 6.080 shall be shown to the opposing party before the commencement of trial. Parties shall stipulate to those exhibits to which there are no objections and shall deliver the stipulated exhibits to the clerk. At the commencement of the trial, the judge shall state on the record that the stipulated exhibits have been received into evidence.
