Rule 8.052 - EXPEDITED PARENTING TIME ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS(1) Proceedings for expedited parenting time enforcement pursuant to ORS 107.434 shall be initiated by motion and order to show cause. Such proceedings shall be heard on the Show Cause 2 docket at 9:00 a.m. as provided in SLR 7.008.(2) At the time of the hearing, if the judge determines that the matter is expected to exceed one hour, the judge may order the matter to be reset and heard on the regular trial docket, subject to the 45-day statutory timeline.(3) The opposing party shall be served immediately and, in any event, not less than 21 days before the hearing date, unless otherwise allowed by the court.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
