Rule 2.012 - Addresses and Telephone Numbers(1) During the pendency of any case charging an offense, including traffic, boating, game, infraction, violation, and criminal cases, or while any monetary or other obligations imposed by the court in such case remain unsatisfied, the defendant must keep the court advised in writing of the defendant's current name, mailing address, and telephone or message telephone number.(2) During the pendency of any case, matter or proceeding any party who is not represented by an attorney of record must keep the court advised in writing of the party's current name, mailing address and telephone number.Klamath Supp. L.
