No agreement or stipulation between the parties and their attorneys concerning any proceeding before the court or disposition thereof will be considered or enforced unless the same be made in open court in the presence of the parties and reported or reduced in writing and subscribed by the party or attorney to be bound thereby, unless otherwise ordered by the court. Parties shall submit pleas using the plea petitions available on the court's website under Criminal Oregon Judicial Department : Forms : Self Help : State of Oregon.
