Rule 4.015 - MOTIONS TO CONSOLIDATE(1) Motions to Consolidate will be held for objections for three (3) court days with a ruling by the court on the fourth (4th) day or thereafter. If the proof of service attached to the motion indicates that service was done by mail, an additional three (3) days will be added to the holding period. (2) If opposing counsel objects, the objection shall be in writing and submitted to the court within the holding period established in (1). Upon receipt of a written objection, the matter will be set on the next available Motion Docket.(3) If the motion indicates all parties are in agreement to the consolidation, the holding period established in (1) will be waived.Josephine Supp. L.
