Rule 12.065 - REMOVAL FROM MEDIATION PANEL

(1) The Trial Court Administrator shall monitor the performance of mediators and report to the presiding judge as appropriate.

(2) The presiding judge may remove a mediator from the court panel at

his/her discretion.
