Rule 7.014 - Pretrial Conference Settings in Criminal Cases; Duty to Confer
(1) All criminal cases in which a jury trial has been requested shall first be set for a pretrial conference within thirty-five (35) days of the date of arraignment for out-of-custody defendants and within twenty-one (21) days for in-custody defendants. Pretrial conferences shall be set on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
(2) By no later than the pretrial conference, attorneys are required to confer regarding the following:
(a) Plea negotiations;
(b) Plan of discovery and disclosure of documents;
(c) Likelihood of motions or other reason for a pretrial hearing; and
(d) Any other significant issues pertaining to the case.
