Rule 12.008 - Referral to Mediation(1) Upon appearance of the parties and determination of the case at issue, the clerk of the court will notify the parties of the SLR 12.002 and 13.021 requiring participation in an ADR program.(2) The case shall be assigned to arbitration unless a request for mediation is made by one of the parties.Jackson Supp. L.
