Rule 12.145 - APPOINTMENT TO MEDIATION/ARBITRATION/SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE PANEL(1) To apply to be listed on the panel of mediators, arbitrators or persons conducting settlement conferences, a person must sign and file an application as provided by the court.(2) The Arbitration and Mediation Commission shall review each applicant and make a recommendation to the Presiding Judge.(3) The decision as to whether an individual is qualified to be on the panel of mediators, arbitrators and/or persons conducting settlement conferences shall be made by and in the discretion of the Presiding Judge in accordance with the Oregon Judicial Department's Court-Connected Mediator Qualifications Rules, adopted through Chief Justice Order No. 05-028.Douglas Supp. L.
