Unless specifically covered by these rules, the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules (as amended June 1, 2009, and as subsequently amended) shall govern arbitration proceedings ordered by the court. In addition, the following American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules are adopted specifically to eliminate repeated language: Rule R-9, R-10, R-18, R-26 and R-39.
