Rule 13.065 - MANDATORY ARBITRATION NOT REQUIRED

Arbitration shall not be required if all parties participate in:

(1) a mediation approved by the presiding judge or his/her designee; or

(2) a pretrial settlement conference as provided in SLR 6.012.
