The court will send a delinquency notice to a fiduciary for each failure to timely file a required document. If the fiduciary fails to comply with the terms of the notice, the court will issue an order for the fiduciary and any attorney for the fiduciary to appear in court and show cause why the fiduciary should not be removed.
