Rule 7.055 - Dismissal of Inactive Cases(1) After the court has rendered a decision in any civil or domestic relations case if a party does not submit a proposed order or judgment for a period of 60 days the Trial Court Administrator will send a notice to the parties notifying them that the case will be dismissed if an order or judgment is not received within 30 days. (2) If an order or judgment is not received within 30 days of the notice sent pursuant to Section (1) of this rule, the case will be dismissed without prejudice unless otherwise ordered by the court.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
