Rule 7.005 - Entry of Guilty Plea by Attorney in Misdemeanor Cases in Defendant's Absence

When any attorney enters a guilty plea for a non-appearing defendant charged with a misdemeanor, the attorney must submit a guilty plea in writing, signed by the defendant, acknowledging an itemized waiver of appropriate constitutional and statutory rights.
