Rule 11.111 - Filing of Exhibits(1) Parties shall efile all proposed exhibits prior to a hearing and notify the court if any party objects to the judge reviewing the exhibits prior to that hearing. In Coos County, notification is through the coo-juvenile@ojd.state.or.us email address. In Curry County, notification is through the cur-juvenile@ojd.state.or.us email address.(2) Any exhibit offered the day of the hearing shall be filed with the court on the day of the hearing, or by the end of the next judicial day.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
