Rule 12.031 - CASE ASSIGNMENT OF MEDIATORS(1) The parties may select a mediator of their own choosing; however, if the mediator is not on the list of court-approved mediators, the expense of the mediator will be the responsibility of the parties.(2) In the absence of a mediator selected by the parties, the court will appoint a mediator from the court-approved list of mediators.Columbia Supp. L.
