(1) Criminal and Dependency case docket calls shall be held on a day and time set by the court. (a) Attorneys of record and unrepresented parties shall appear in person for docket call.(b) Defendants shall appear in person at docket call unless the court authorizes a waiver of appearance in advance. In misdemeanor cases, the defendant need not appear if the defendant has been in personal contact with the attorney within ten days prior to docket call.(c) Docket call is the final deadline for negotiated pleas.(2) Civil docket call is in writing. Parties shall complete the Docket Call Sheet and submit it to the court and all attorneys of record and unrepresented parties prior to 10:00 a.m. on the Thursday two weeks before the scheduled trial date. The Docket Call Sheet can be found on the court's website. (3) Diversion agreements, civil compromise documents, and jury waivers shall be filed by docket call.Clatsop Cnty. Supp. L. R. 7.031
