Rule 12.004 - CHILD CUSTODY AND PARENTING TIME MEDIATION: LAWYERS AND MEDIATORS(1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties and the mediator, the parties' lawyers shall not be present at mediation sessions.(2) The mediator shall encourage disputing parties to obtain independent legal advice and review of any mediated agreement before signing an agreement.(3) A mediator shall not act as a lawyer for either party.Clatsop Cnty.
