Rule SLR 9.035 - DELINQUENCIES OR DEFICIENCY IN PROBATE FILINGS(1) The court will schedule a citation hearing when there is a delinquency or deficiency in filing a document required by statute or court order. Notice will be given to the attorney if the party is represented by an attorney, or if not represented by an attorney, to the fiduciary.(2) The personal representative, conservator or guardian, together with counsel of record, must appear unless the matter has been corrected at least three (3) judicial days prior to the citation hearing. If the delinquency or defect has not been corrected by the time of the hearing, sanctions may be imposed.Clackamas Supp. L. R. SLR 9.035
