Ex parte matters are heard at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.
(1) Petitions, motions, and supporting documents must be filed by 10:30 a.m. the day of an ex parte appearance.(2) Any written correspondence that does not comport with UTCR 2.080 and these rules will not be received by the court.
