Rule 2.011 - ADDRESSES AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS(1) Defendants in criminal and violation cases: During the pendency of any case charging an offense, including violations and criminal cases, or while any monetary or other obligations imposed by the court in such case remain unsatisfied, defendant must keep the court advised in writing of defendant's current name, mailing address and telephone or message telephone number.(2) Unrepresented parties in criminal, civil and domestic cases: During the pendency of any criminal, civil or domestic relations case any party who is not represented by an attorney of record must keep the court advised in writing of the party's current name, mailing address and telephone or message telephone number.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
