Rule 12.045 - MEDIATORS

To qualify as a court-approved mediator, a person must:

(1) Meet the requirements of UTCR chapter 12;

(2) Sign and submit an original application to the Baker County Counsel; and

(3) Receive approval by the Presiding Judge.
