Rule 12.021 - CONFIDENTIALITY OF MEDIATION(1) Pursuant to ORS 107.785 all communications occurring during the course of mediation are confidential. All mediators shall advise each party prior to commencement of mediation that they are mandatory reporters regarding any allegation of child abuse or neglect.(2) The mediator may not be subpoenaed or called as a witness regarding any aspect of the mediation other than to state whether an agreement was reached in mediation and the specific terms of the agreement as communicated to the court.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
