Rule 24 - Effective Date
(A) Effective date of rules. These rules take effect on January 1, 1975. They govern all proceedings in actions brought after they take effect, and also all further proceedings in actions then pending, except to the extent that their application in a particular action pending when the rules take effect would not be feasible or would work injustice, in which event the former procedure applies.
(B) Use of tickets conforming to prior rules. Traffic tickets conforming to the requirements of the "Ohio Rules of Practice and Procedure in Traffic Cases For All Courts Inferior to Common Pleas" may be used after the effective date of these rules.

After the effective date of these rules, issuing authorities shall order only tickets conforming to these rules.
