Section 4 - Authority of Chief Justice; Code of Judicial Conduct(A) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall have the same authority over actions or proceedings referred or issues or questions submitted pursuant to section 2701.10 of the Revised Code and this rule as in all other cases.(B) A judge selected pursuant to section 2701.10 of the Revised Code shall comply with the Code of Judicial Conduct.
