Rule 7.04 - Prohibition Against Supplemental and Reply Memoranda
(A) Supplemental memoranda
(1) Except as provided in S.Ct.Prac.R. 3.13, jurisdictional memoranda shall not be supplemented.
(2) If a relevant authority is issued after the deadline has passed for filing a party's jurisdictional memorandum, that party may file a citation to the relevant authority but shall not file additional argument.
(B) Reply memoranda

The appellant shall not file a reply to the memorandum in response filed by the appellee under S.Ct.Prac.R. 7.03.

(C) Refusal to file

The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall refuse to file supplemental or reply memoranda received for filing in violation of this rule and motions to waive the provisions of this rule are prohibited and shall not be filed.
