Rule 3.05 - Security Deposits in Original Actions

Except for original actions in habeas corpus, original actions also require a deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars as security for costs. The security deposit shall be paid before the case is fi led. In extraordinary circumstances, the Supreme Court may require an additional security deposit at any time during the action.
