Rule 18.01 - Entry of Judgment

The filing of a judgment entry or other order by the Supreme Court with the Clerk of the Supreme Court for journalization constitutes entry of the judgment or order. A Supreme Court judgment entry or other order is effective when it is filed with the Clerk. In every case involving termination of parental rights or adoption of a minor child, or both, the Supreme Court will expedite the filing of the judgment entry or other orders for journalization.
