Rule 11.02 - Appointment of Counsel

If a capital appellant is unrepresented and is indigent, the Supreme Court will appoint the Ohio Public Defender or other counsel qualifi ed pursuant to Sup.R. 20 through 20.05 to represent the appellant or order the trial court or court of appeals to appoint qualifi ed counsel.
