Rule 10.03 - Institution of an Appeal from the Power Siting Board

(A) Perfection of an appeal

A notice of appeal or cross-appeal from the Power Siting Board shall be filed with the Supreme Court and the board in accordance with S.Ct.Prac.R. 10.02(A) and pursuant to R.C. 4906.12.

(B) Proceedings

After the record in an appeal from the Power Siting Board is filed by the Clerk of the Supreme Court, the parties shall brief the case in accordance with the applicable provisions of S.Ct.Prac.R. 16.01 through 16.10.
