Section 16 - Admissions Fees(A) The fees collected under this rule, the fees charged and collected by the Court for admissions-related services, and the fees collected under Rules II, IX, XI, and XII of the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar shall be deposited in the Attorney Services Fund. All application fees assessed under this rule and Gov.Bar R. II, IX, XI, and XII shall be nonrefundable and payable to the Supreme Court of Ohio in the methods specified by the Director of Attorney Services.(B) Parties shall bear their own costs in proceedings brought under Section 14 of this rule before the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness and the Court.Amended May 21, 2019, effective 7/1/2019; amended April 4, 2020, effective 6/1/2020.
