An attorney may request two hours of CLE Credit for each calendar year in which the attorney serves as a member of the Ohio General Assembly. The attorney shall submit the request on a form prescribed by the Commission and no later than the close of the biennial compliance period for which the CLE Credit is sought. The Commission may prorate the Credit for a partial term at the rate of half a Credit hour for every full three months served.
