A member of the Commission on Appointment of Counsel in Capital Cases shall comply with the requirements of the Supreme Court's Code of Ethics for Court Appointees. The Supreme Court staff liaison for the commission shall provide each commission member with a copy of the code following the member's appointment to the commission and thereafter at the first meeting each year of the commission.
