These rules shall take effect February 1, 2023. They shall govern all proceedings in actions brought after they take effect and all further proceedings in actions then pending, except to the extent that, in the opinion of the court, application in a particular action pending when these rules take effect would not be feasible or would work an injustice. These rules supersede all prior versions of Twelfth District local rules
