The signature of any judge or magistrate on any judgment entry, decision, or order may be executed manually or by means of any device or machine, including electronic signature or signature stamp. No judgment entry, decision, or order shall be signed for any judge or magistrate manually or by means of any device or machine, including electronic signature or signature stamp, without first obtaining permission indicating the intention of the signer to authenticate the signature and the document.
Signatures of judges and magistrates executed by means of any device or machine, including electronic signature or signature stamp, shall be accepted as original signatures.
