Rule 41.4 - Admission pro hac vice(A) An attorney who is not licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio who seeks permission to appear pro hac vice in this Court must first register with the Supreme Court Office of Attorney Services pursuant to Gov.Bar R. XII.(B) After the attorney completes the registration requirements and receives a Certificate of Pro Hac Vice Registration, the attorney must file a Motion for Permission to Appear Pro Hac Vice with this Court. The motion must succinctly state the qualifications of the attorney seeking admission, include the certificate of registration furnished by the Supreme Court Office of Attorney Services, and shall contain all of the information required by Gov.Bar R. XII(2)(A)(6)(a) through (e).
