Rule 30 - Duties of clerks(A) Service of Journal Entries and Court Notices. The clerk of court for each county shall serve copies of journal entries, court notices, and the final decision and journal entry to counsel of record for a party to the appeal at the last known business address of counsel as listed in the court of appeals' records. If a party to the appeal is not represented by counsel, the clerk of court shall serve copies of journal entries, court notices, and the final decision and journal entry to the party at the last known address of the party as listed in the court of appeals' records.(B) Service on parties formerly represented by counsel. If a party who had previously been represented by counsel intends to appear pro se when filing a post-judgment motion, the party shall file a notice with the clerk of courts to direct the clerk to serve journal entries and court notices on the party at the party's address specified in the notice rather than on the former counsel of record.
