Rule 22 - Entry of judgment(A) Form of Decisions. Decisions of the court will be announced on a form provided by the court entitled, "Decision and Journal Entry."(B) Upon receipt by the clerk of the court of appeals, the clerk shall immediately stamp and file the "Decision and Journal Entry," at which time it will become the journal entry of judgment.(C) The court of appeals may transmit by fax or other electronic means to the court of appeals clerk any decision, judgment entry, or order which will be accepted as the original and the signatures of the judges shall be accepted as originals consistent with Civ.R. 5(E).
