The judges of the First District Court of Appeals have adopted these local rules under the Ohio Constitution, Article IV, Section 5(B), App.R. 41, and Sup.R. 5(A), and filed them with the clerk of the Supreme Court of Ohio under Sup.R. 5(B).
These local rules shall be referenced herein as "Loc.R. ___." References to "this Court," "the Court," or "the Court of Appeals" are to the First District Court of Appeals of Ohio.
