(A)Number of Copies. An original of all motions shall be filed with the clerk of courts. In the event a Notice of Appeal is consolidated with one or more trial court cases, an original shall be filed for each case number.(B)Responsive Submissions. Any party may file a response to a motion other than one for a procedural order within ten days from the filing of the motion, but motions authorized by Ohio App.R. 7, 8, and 27 may be acted upon after reasonable notice, and the court may shorten or extend the time for responding to any motion.
